Social Media is playing a massive role from the prospects of be it a business owner, an entrepreneur or in any field. Talking about major Social Media giants like Facebook, Instagram, Linked In(Professional Context) , Twitter , Snapchat, YouTube, Tumblr and WhatsApp. Social Media enables two way communication between a users and brand, thus enabling a brand to create a deeper relationship to generate a lot of feedback.

So Today if you want to grow your business and that too with a rapid pace then an active presence on these social media is very much important. Our potential customers are there on social media and it’s our responsibility to target them effectively and efficiently. It’s very much important to engage yourself to the minds of potential customers which will in return increase the sales. Establishing a good social media presence will certainly help us to build a strong relationships with our current clients and will also help in increasing the web traffic ,the amount of time they spent in our site etc. For eg. 3.     Audience Connection: Have better content as it is the key of social media, so captilize on it . If your content will be engaging and it has a good reach to your target audience then definitely you’ll get better responses as well. Also try to have off page SEO by attaching blog to your website and by writing engaging articles related to your niche. You can also hire professional writers to help you out with this job. In Marketing Customer is God , so keep in mind that whatever you do , give it to your audience and they will have a solid reason to stick around you.Intially start sharing your page with people you know or people in the industry. You can also use email marketing strategy to share it with existing customers through mail.Join relevant FB group and share the page content there. On other social platform like Instagram and twitter you can use tags to promote your business.

4.     Post Consistently: It’s very important to built a loyal customer base and for that we need to keep posting good and catchy content time and again.

Today i am going to express my views on a significant topic that is Success and Value.I have chosen this far-reaching and influential topic because in today's era it seems that people are blindly running and running so fast behind achieving success that they have forgotten their values.

Success is goal-driven and personal.It may be simply a peace of mind for a person for whom value is more important.

Instead of seeking better result,Try to be a better person.We can have better insight if we can relate between substance vs outcome.

Outcomes are superficial and can be hacked. Success can be cheated to a varying degree, and by definition, success is valuable, so it's not for nothing.It's injustice to compare success with value Sometimes it may happen that a better person can also be unsuccessful. But at the end you have to decide what would you like to see yourself down the lane? A fake or the real thing? 

Unfortunately, there are still situations in which superficial success is the only success. 

"Success" often means worldly success which is of limited value.People believe that if they will attain all the luxury of life that is success to them.

Success is measured in "contrast to others" while value is measured by "contribution to others".In Life we should focus more on earning people not money.

If we will make values as our focal point ,you will see that success will automatically comes behind you.Whereas if you make "success" your focal point, you might miss on certain important things that will help you get there. 

A man of value, in my interpretation, would be a man who brings value to other people. Perhaps this is a man who can solve peoples' problems ,make connections and is a man of extreme expertise in a particular area. Perhaps this is a man who is trustworthy and reputable.

A man of value becomes a benefactor to the society,such is the persona of those person. The main and foremost concern for them is service to humanity or the world around him. This is the kind of person that revolutionizes industries, makes breakthroughs that benefit us all, and advance society as a whole -- these people tend to be "successful." because they posses a very special personality which is down to earth nature ,always ready to offer their helping hand to others.Because they believe in the philosophy of WE not I.

Whereas the man of success, in my interpretation mostly focus on I, their main focal point is about themselves.He keeps on thinking about himself ,how he can be successful and all.They are mostly self centric and least bothered about others.They don't believe in We.

I would like to cite the differences with a very real life and common example.

People who target success focus on competing with others , that too with viewpoint of showing them down by any means. But those who are man of values they compete with themselves without having jealous feelings about others.

For me "to compete is healthy , but only with oneself".We should try to improve with time and try to learn from our mistakes rather than pointing fingure towards others.

We should try to ask our-self that what would we want to see written on our tombstone.This is the point where the sum of one's life is expressed in a single statement. Success is mostly measured by money, power, and accumulations which are fleeting rewards for mostly shallow pursuits.When rich people die, who remembers them and even their successors fight over what was left behind.But this is not the case when people of value die their ,their dreams and ideals find fertile ground to keep expanding the vision of a better world.

Success as a goal is "me" oriented. Value is "others" oriented.In race of attaining success we have forgotten benevolent ,humane ,altruism and magnanimous traits of human personality.We need to incorporate these then only we can be a genuine successful person.

I would like to quote a line by eminent scientist and physicist Albert Einstein.

"try not to become a man of success but rather try to become a man of value"

Last but not the Least..I would conclude with few words.There's nothing wrong with success, but oftentimes it's easy to lose sight of who you are when you're successful. In a race of gaining success we forgot our basic values.If you keep your eyes on your own values, you'll end up both successful and a good person, which is a pretty good combination.

SigniFicance Of 3P's in Our Life....

PASSION, PRACTICE and PATIENCE..

Today i want to share with you all significance of 3P's ,which contain the entire cycle of Life.Here when I say Life then it means adolescent age ,which is now on the track where the youth is in dilemma about his career ,his future growth and thus surrounded with hell lot of depression,Trauma and anxiety.
  So my today's discussion will revolve around this problem which many of us have faced rather to be more specific, I would say many of us are still facing .Why I have chosen 3P's Word, will let you all know once you will come across my entire discussion.
The first word is Passion, Passion is very important for anyone to go and achieve the dream which a person has seen in his/her Life.It's a true Passion which encourages and motivates a 16-year-old Lad to make the mark on the map of the world and showcase his talent in the field of CRICKET...I would like to quote very meaningful lines here by Lord Swami Vivekananda...

"Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life. Think of it, a dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success."  

     So one should be very much passionate about his goal.Passion make us feel alive and always guide us in the form of the constant reminder that you have to move on in order to achieve your goal.Now, It's good to have an immense passion for your goal but at the same time, you also need to have an approach towards that goal.I mean you have to perform the requisite action side by side in order to achieve that target which you have dreamt of.

  So here comes Practice in picture, means one should need to practice a lot in order to achieve that goal.He/she should practice more and more keeping all miseries and excuse side because only with the practice you can attain Perfection.So in order to be more closer towards your dream, you must need to practice a lot.Now Question comes in our mind how to practice?very simple answer just have a roadmap of your target first and then do R&D to achieve that target, Ultimately you will get answer what to practice and how to practice??

Sometimes in our life there might be the situation that a person is very much passionate about his/her Goal, also he is practicing very hard to achieve his target but he fails in the process and then he started getting frustrated.

So at this juncture of time, you need to have 3rd P and very important P's of Life that is PATIENCE because "Patience is a Virtue".If you keep on practicing then certainly you will see that things are turning in your favor.

"Remember, Life is not the bed of Roses, there are many ups and downs in everyone's Life.So its just matter of time and the things goes fine.If you are honestly working for your desired dream with full dedication then remember No one in this world can stop you from achieving Success...

"Never mind failures, they are quite natural, they are the beauty of life. What would life be without them? What is done is done... Do not repent, do not brood over past deeds... You can not undo, the effect must come, face it, but be careful never to do the same thing again."

Rome Was Not Built In a Day..............

Today i am going to express my views on a Saying which i believe everyone of us are Familiar with..that is .."Rome Was Not Built In a Day."....

The very simple interference which we can withdraw from this satement is that if we want to achieve something Bigger in our life then we need to have a weapon so called PATIENCE..With the help of this tool we can fight every battle of our life and can successfully win the battle.

In the same context once Napolean Bonaparte has said that "Impossible word is not in my dictionary"..It doesn't mean that He has created a dictionary and deleted the word Impossible from that..He simply wants to convey a message to the world that if you have strong will power ,tremendous potential you are truly dedicated and devoted towards your goal then you can achieve anything you have dream of...!!

Now I am taking you to the real life..What actually happens in practical world..??...As everyone of us have some dream in our life..Suppose a person wants to crack UPSC exam and in the process if he/she fails in the very first attempt then........

They start  believing that it's very tough and they can't do that.,it's not my cup of tea..Bla Bla Bla...They start building the wall which is built of negative thoughts,negative approach or in simple words full of negativity and let me tell you one thing..Once you are surrounded or trapped in those walls then no one on this planet can help you out...Bcoz...

"  You Are Confined By The Walls You Build Around Yourself.."  once you broke those walls then trust me no one in this world is going to Stop you from achieving whatever you have Dreamt of.!!!

There are thousands and thousands of example present around us which demonstrate that if you are patience and confident of your goal then you can and you can Only create MIRACLE..

Otherwise...who have ever think of..a Young Lad of age 16 years would be playing for team INDIA in so early stage of his life..If he would have quit at the time of tennis Elbow then he would not have made Centuries of centuries under his Belt..Today he is called as Living Legend..Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar...

The second Example which i am going to share with you is of very famous man and emminient scientist..Who has given huge contribution in the Field of Physics..Who have ever thought of a man who is suffering from a motor neuron disorder and is on wheel chair 24*7 can enlighten the world with his knowledge and give something Called "Brief History of Time"..A new concept on black holes...Yah I am talking about The Living Legend Stephen Hawkins...

Do you all know one thing that is common in Both "Sachin and Hawkins " is their Passion and commitment towards their work...They are mad about it...That's why they have achieved zeneith in their respective field...

"Carry Yourself in such a way that ,when the people of the world are sitting ,you would be standing.And when the world is standing you will stand out and when the world stands out you'll be outstanding .And when the world dares to be outstanding you will be the standard..."

Last but not the Least..I would conclude with few words..That have firm faith and believe in yourself that yes you can and you can only do this..Have patience and Hunger for your Goal ..Strong Will Power Bcoz....

Violence Against Women..

Violence againts women is really a matter of great concern for all of us and it need to be taken care of..

Firstly,I would like to describe the word Woman.The moment we utter this word so called woman,it creates a versatile impression in our mind which takes different form.Women symbolizes  Love,kindness,courage ,a real fighter,first teacher,Pain bearer,immense tolerance  and many more.

  The first letter uttered by a newly born child is Maa,which in itself describe the importance of women.

Women plays several role together,sometimes she is a mother who showers her entire love to his child at the same time,she is a good wife who cares about his husband and treat him as  a God.She is the first teacher of her child,she is a sister also who always motivates her brother to do something Worthy in life.

When we talk about our country India,where women is treated as Goddess and which is sufficient to describe her importance and existance.

But when we look back to the history ,we find the story different.Earlier when there was no proper education system and all ,then at that time people use to think that women are made only for household activities and they were not allowed to go out from home.

But it’s really devastating that today in 21^st centuries where we came across new inventions and discovery daily,the major section of our society are bounded with the poor mentality of male dominating Society concept..Every day we came across the news of violent act against women ,whether in form of dowry,eve-teasing,rape and many more inhuman activities.

I would like to ask a very simple question to all those merciless people that why women are not supposed to live their life to the fullest?Why we are making discrimination on the basis of sex,despite knowing the fact that women have equal rather more Potential than man..

It’s women who bear all the pain till 9 month and give birth to new ones.Why these greedy creation of god who called themselves human being don’t ever think that if God has made them so valuable then who are we to harass them on the part that they are women.

Violence is not only the physical way of hurting someone.Violence is a combined action of oral or written,verbal or non-verbal,physical or mental,individual or institutional,active or passive way of hurting ,harassing,or abusing someone.

Today when women are making their mark on the map of the world,then at the same time the issue of foeticide,rape,eve-teasing,female harasment make us feel ashamed and force us to question ourself that is this the same INDIA which our ancestors have dream of..???

Today women have shown the world that they are no longer behind to the male section of society in any field.They have shown that if you have will power and dedication then nothing is impossible..If they can give birth to the new life and love someone to the fullest then when it comes to their self-respect then they can take the form of CHANDI also..

It’s hurt when we the intellectual section of the society do this kind of shameful act..

Last but not the least,I would like to appeal to all that awake ,arise and try to respect the importance of this beautiful creation of God..Just respect other sister ,mother as if you respect your’s.

Lastlly I would like to say few line from Sanskrit…
